"Organic" refers to the way farmers grow and process meat and agricultural products, like fruits, vegetables, grains and dairy products. Organic meat comes from animals fed 100-percent organic feed, not given antibiotics or hormones, and allowed to graze in open pastures similar to the animals' natural living conditions. Organic food has become very popular that many people is including it on their healthy diet. According to the most extensive scientific analysis to date, organic food has lower levels of toxic metals and pesticides. It is linked to better health than regular food as it has more of the antioxidant compounds.

Organic foods provide a handful of benefits like being rich in essential nutrients, including protein, iron, zinc, phosphorous and B vitamins. Organic food does not contain any traces of any strong chemicals and might not affect the human body in negative ways as it is not made using chemical fertilizers. Organic meat has slightly lower concentrations of two saturated fats that are linked to greater risk of cardiovascular disease. Some of the benefits of organic are Organic produce contains fewer pesticides, Organic food is often fresher, organically raised animals are NOT given antibiotics, growth hormones, or fed animal byproducts.

Non-organic foods like meats, eggs and dairy usually refer to the fact that the animals may have given fed antibiotics, hormones and GMO feed grown with pesticides. Livestock are given growth hormones for faster growth and may not have access to the outdoors. Non-organic foods use synthetics during the production process. These synthetics commonly include chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The benefits of using synthetic materials used in the production of non-organic food items can help to control contamination with potentially dangerous mold toxins and bacteria.

Some people argue that although non-organic foods may contain trace amounts of pesticides, these synthetic substances cause less harm than the natural toxins potentially found in organic foods. There is no scientific consensus that non-organic foods are more dangerous than organic foods. Non-organic food items are usually cheaper than their organic counterparts.
