What is Wagyu Beef?

Wagyu beef is a type of meat derived from Wagyu cattle, a breed that is native to Japan. Another type of healthy fats are Mono-Unsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) which help to increase the levels of good cholesterol in the body, protecting against heart disease.
