Wings are a particularly tasty and versatile part of the chicken to cook.  You can fry them, barbecue them or even cook them in the oven.  They are a fabulous type of meat to have in the fridge for an easy midweek dinner or to prepare as finger food when you have guests over.  Here are a couple of tips and chicken wing recipes that are both easy and extremely delicious!

Tips for tasty chicken wings:

  1. If you have chosen to pan fry your chicken wings, it’s best to coat them with egg and flour before cooking.
  2. If you’ve chosen to cook them in the oven, set the temperature to high. This ensures the wings stay juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
  3. Chicken wings taste best when they have been marinated. Find some delicious marinade recipes and leave them to soak up the flavour for a few hours before cooking.
  4. The most important tip of all – ditch the knife and fork and enjoy them with your hands.
