  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 1.5 cup low fat grated mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 80g baby rocket leaves

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (it’s best that the kids don’t do this part).
  2. Lay the wholemeal bread on a cool oven tray and cover each pizza base with a thin layer of tomato paste.
  3. Arrange the tomatoes, prosciutto and some fresh basil around each piece of pita bread.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each pizza and then top them with some grated mozzarella.
  5. The pizzas are now ready for the oven. Ask the kids to step back while they are placed into the pre heated oven.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the bread is crisp and the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve with fresh baby rocket on top for an extra healthy touch.
